Pre Listing Inspection

Pre-listing / Sellers Inspection

Although it can commonly be neglected, having a professional perform an in-depth inspection of your home before listing it for sale is a huge advantage in the selling process. With a full list of potential problems or needed repairs, the seller can choose to address the issue before selling or disclose the information upfront. This gives prospective buyers confidence in the purchase and eases the negotiations allowing you to sell the home quickly and at a fair price.

New Construction Inspection

New Construction

Just because a home is newly constructed by no means means that it is without flaw. By having a New Construction Performed by a CPI you can address any uncovered problems before finalizing the purchase and moving in. This issue could end up costing you out of pocket in the future.

New Construction Inspection

By inspecting the home during crucial phases of construction we can inform you with regular reports about the progress and inform you of any issues. This way the builder can correct any problem with the construction of the home before continuing to the next phase.

11 Month Warranty Inspection

11 Month/Builder Warranty

Don’t let your builder’s warranty expire before checking to make sure that everything is up to the correct standards. We can inspect all the relevant areas of the home before the warranty expires and you have time to file a claim.
